規則 32．　懲戒処分 − Rule 32.　Disciplinary measures

　懲戒処分には、以下のものがある。
　(a)　譴責
　(b)　罰金による制裁。ただし、この処分を受ける者に国際刑事裁判所から支払われる給与の、６カ月分を超えてはならない。

The disciplinary measures that may be imposed are:
(a) A reprimand; or
(b) A pecuniary sanction that may not exceed six months of the salary paid by the Court to the person concerned.
