第１節　第70条（裁判の運営に対する罪）の、裁判の運営を妨げる違反―Section I.　Offences against the administration of justice under article 70

規則 163．　国際刑事裁判所規程と「手続と証拠の規則」の、申請 − Rule 163.　Application of the Statute and the Rules

１．　サブ・ルール２と３が別に定めない限り、規則162（裁判権の行使）と規則164から規則169まで（規則164：「制限の期間（時効）」／規則165：捜査、訴追、公判／規則166：第70条（裁判の運営に対する罪）による、制裁／規則167：国際協力と司法共助／規則168：一事不再理／規則169：即時逮捕）と、国際刑事裁判所規程、「手続と証拠の規則」が、必要な変更を加えて、第70条（裁判の運営に対する罪）が定める罪の、国際刑事裁判所による捜査、訴追、処罰に適用される。
２．　第２部（裁判権、受理可能性と適用法規）の条項と、その下の規則は、第21条（適用法）を除いて、適用されない。
３．　第10部（執行）の条項と、その下の規則は、第103条（監禁刑の執行における国家の役割）と第107条（刑の完了後の人の移送）、第109条（罰金と没収措置の執行）と第111条（逃亡）を除いて、適用されない。

1. Unless otherwise provided in sub-rules 2 and 3, rule 162 and rules 164 to 169, the Statute and the Rules shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Court’s investigation, prosecution and punishment of offences defined in article 70.
2. The provisions of Part 2, and any rules thereunder, shall not apply, with the exception of article 21.
3. The provisions of Part 10, and any rules thereunder, shall not apply, with the exception of articles 103, 107, 109 and 111.
