規則 198．　国際刑事裁判所と国とのコミュニケーション − Rule 198.　Communications between the Court and States

　その文脈が別に求めない限り、第87条（協力の要請：一般条項）と規則176から規則180まで（規則176：国際協力と司法共助に関するコミュニケーションの、伝達と受領に責任を負う、国際刑事裁判所の機関／規則177：コミュニケーション経路／規則178：第87条（協力の要請：一般条項）第２項により、締約国が選択した言語／規則179：国際刑事裁判所規程の締約国以外の国に向けられた要請の言語／規則180：コミュニケーション経路の変更または協力要請の言語の変更）が、刑の執行に関する事項についての国際刑事裁判所と国とのコミュニケーションに、適切な場合、適用される。

Unless the context otherwise requires, article 87 and rules 176 to 180 shall apply, as appropriate, to communications between the Court and a State on matters relating to enforcement of sentences.
