規則 205．　特定のケースにおける、指定の拒絶 − Rule 205.　Rejection of designation in a particular case

　特定のケースにおいて国が統括部の指定を拒絶した場合、統括部は、他の国を指定できる。

Where a State in a particular case rejects the designation by the Presidency, the Presidency may designate another State.
