規則 196．　第101条（特別規則）第１項についての見解の、提供 − Rule 196.　Provision of views on article 101, paragraph 1

　国際刑事裁判所に引き渡された者は、第101条（特別規則）第１項の条項の違反で気づいているものについての見解を、提供できる。

A person surrendered to the Court may provide views on a perceived violation of the provisions of article 101, paragraph 1.
