規則 48．　第15条（検察官）第３項の、捜査手続をとるべき合理的な根拠の決定 − Rule 48.　Determination of reasonable basis to proceed with an investigation under article 15, paragraph 3

　第15条（検察官）第３項の下で捜査手続をとるべき合理的な根拠があるかどうかを決定する際、検察官は、第53条（捜査の開始）第１項(a)(b)(c)が定める要素を考慮する。

In determining whether there is a reasonable basis to proceed with an investigation under article 15, paragraph 3, the Prosecutor shall consider the factors set out in article 53, paragraph 1 (a) to (c).
