第４節　第93条（他の形態による協力）による協力―Section IV.　Cooperation under article 93

規則 191．　第93条（他の形態による協力）第２項により、国際刑事裁判所が提供する保証 − Rule 191.　Assurance provided by the Court under article 93, paragraph 2

　事件を扱う判事団は、自らの発意により、あるいは検察官、被告側または証人または関係する鑑定人の要求により、検察官と証人または関係する鑑定人の見解を考慮した後、第93条（他の形態による協力）第２項が記載する保証を提供することを決定できる。

The Chamber dealing with the case, on its own motion or at the request of the Prosecutor, defence or witness or expert concerned, may decide, after taking into account the views of the Prosecutor and the witness or expert concerned, to provide the assurance described in article 93, paragraph 2.
