規則 186．　事件の受理可能性に対する異議申立の文脈での、請求の競合 − Rule 186.　Competing requests in the context of a challenge to the admissibility of the case

　第90条（請求の競合）第８項が記載する状況において、請求を受けた国は、行った決定について、検察官が第19条（裁判所の裁判権または事件の受理可能性に関する、異議申立）第10項に従って行動できるように、検察官に通知を与える。

In situations described in article 90, paragraph 8, the requested State shall provide the notification of its decision to the Prosecutor in order to enable him or her to act in accordance with article 19, paragraph 10.
